Randy's Asian Slaw

1/2 head cabbage, finely sliced
3 medium carrots, shredded
3 green onions, diced
2 tsp minced ginger
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp sesame oil

1/4 cup canola (or whatever) oil
2 tbsp Bragg's liquid aminos (or soy sauce)

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp crushed red pepper
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
